Service Quality at Western Libraries

In March 2010, Western Libraries invited all faculty and graduate students, and a sample of undergraduate students to participate in the Association of Research Libraries' LibQUAL+™ survey. This library service quality survey records users' perceptions of services and resources. The information we gather through the survey is valuable as we plan future library services to support research, teaching, and learning at Western.  Overall results of the 2010 survey are posted below in the LibQUAL Report 2010.  First steps towards making improvements are also included in the Report.  Further updates on actions taken as a result of the survey will be included in news stories on the Libraries home webpage.
