Library Staff can order new Records Centre boxes by emailing their request to Facilities and Projects: wlfacstaff@uwo.ca.
Please note that we will only accept standard cubic foot sized boxes with an attached lid for the storage of records or for material destined for confidential destruction/shredding.
Please complete a Records Disposition Authority Form and have it ready for pick-up along with your boxes. We will contact you to schedule a pick-up day and time.
Please note that material for disposal/confidential destruction must be in a Records Centre box. Material in Photocopy/Xerox or other types of boxes will not be accepted.
