Dr. Robert L. Noble

Dr. Robert L. Noble was born in 1911. He studied medicine at the University of Aberdeen from 1929 to 1932 and completed his M.D. at the University of Toronto in 1934. Dr. Noble completed postgraduate work in biochemistry at the University of London. After finishing his PhD. in 1937, Dr. Noble joined the Institute of Endocrinology at McGill University in 1939.
In 1947 Dr. Noble accompanied by Dr. Collip, accepted a position at Western. Appointed Professor of Physiology in 1949, Dr. Noble became Associate Head of the Department in 1951. Dr. Noble retired in 1957.
