How Do I Book Media

How to Reserve / Book videos held in The D.B. Weldon Library

Contact Media Booking with the title, and call number which you require. Include the show date. Material is reserved for the time, retrieved and placed at the Weldon Library Service Desk.

A minimum of 3 days notice is preferred.

How to Reserve / Book videos held in other Western Libraries

  • Libraries have their own procedure for booking video materials held in their collection or if materials can be reserved.
  • Contact the Service Desk of the library holding the material to reserve the material you require. Each location may have differing loan periods for videos. This includes the materials held in the Affiliated University College Libraries.
  • Please note that the Education Curriculum Resource Collection is a separate location. Contact the Education Library staff for further information.

The Keyword search enables the searcher to limit their search by Material Type - Videos.

Information on how to book FROM THE MEDIA CATALOGUE

Send a request to Media Booking directly with the Title (and Series Title) and showdate(s). A minumum of 2 weeks advance notice is required. Please include the WATMEDIA entry number if known. Please indicate desired forrmat.
