Your Booking Request is not final until you receive confirmation from the Media Booking staff.

A minimum of two weeks notice is required to request titles.

  • Material is booked to arrive the day prior to show date, and MUST be returned by 10:00 a.m. the day following showing. (Pickup and return to the Service Desk at The D.B. Weldon Library or King's Cardinal Carter Library.)
  • To find title entry, go to the Media Catalogue (formally known as WATMEDIA).
  • Western Libraries does not provide equipment for classroom use.
Example: Tuesday, October 4, 2011 OR Tuesday-Thursday, October 4-6, 2011.
