How to Use RILM

International Repertory of Music Literature, or RILM, is a quarterly journal (available online through OCLC) consisting of abstracts of scholarly music literature, including books, articles, reviews, festschrifts, commentaries, and dissertations.

While the database contains access to works written in English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Polish, and Spanish, the abstracts themselves are all in English. Abstracts, however, are not always available for some of the most recent material.
