Computer Access Curtailed

This week, the first step in  renovations for the Law Library was taken with the closing of the computer lab.   The number of PC computers available to students in the library has  been cut from twenty to two.  Plans are being developed for replacement of some of the machines once renovations are completed.

To access online resources the Law Library still provides two PC machines, four Sunray terminals, wifi access and a few ethernet connected study carrels for patrons who bring their own devices.  Throughout the renovations our core collection of law materials in print will remain fully accessible.

Student traffic in the Law Library is greatly reduced in the summer so staff hopes this disruption in service will not be too inconvenient.
