Webinar - Introduction to the National Archive of Computerized Data on Aging (NACDA)

The Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research hosted a webinar introducing users to the National Archive of Computerized Data on Aging (NACDA). The webinar was held on Monday, February 27, 2012.

NACDA acquires and provides access to data relevant to gerontological research with an emphasis on major issues of scientific and policy relevance.  NACDA Director James McNally presented an overview of the archive, including:

  • Using NACDA data
  • NACDA support for data
  • NACDA user services
  • Support for new data collection efforts
  • Recent acquisitions
  • Upcoming data releases
  • Research initiatives at NACDA
