Searching can be done by title or author name, as well as full-text searching of the collection or select periodicals.

Databases

  • All Law students receive their own personal password for the LexisNexis Quicklaw service for use during the three years of law school. As part of first-year orientation, library staff arrange for lab sessions to take students through the steps of getting a LexisNexis Quicklaw password. Training is also provided as part of LRWA. If you do not have a password, please speak to a lab supervisor or Elizabeth Bruton (219-F).

  • This website provides access to decisions and forms related to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB). It also presents valuable information on appeals.
  • The Licence Appeal Tribunal is a consolidation of four appeal boards - the licensing appeal responsibility of the Child and Family Services Review Board, the Commercial Registration Appeal Tribunal, the Licence Suspension Appeal Board and the Private Vocational Review Board. The Tribunal carries on the duties of the above boards but is also capable of adding appeal functions, should the need arise.
