Financial Picture of the Big Four Canadian Steel Companies in the 1960s
(1963 - 1965)
Given that the Canadian steel industry is changing dramatically, we thought we would provide these data from 40 years ago. This table was taken from Canadian Business and it was from an article that was one of three examining the Canadian steel industry. See: "Steel Fights Back," Oct. 1966; "The Role of the Big Four," Nov. 1966 (from which this table was taken) and "The Future of Steel," Dec. 1966. All three articles are by N.K. Dhalla.
