To locate recent books on the subject use "best practices" as keywords and then limit your search to those published after, say 2000. To locate more books on the topic perform a word search on the library catalogue for “benchmarking or best practices” and limit the results to books in the Business Library. Additional articles can be retrieved through ABI/Inform or Lexis/Nexis. When searching these products, the correct subject heading is “benchmarks”.
