Corporate Annual Reports Selected recent Canadian annual reports are kept in alphabetical order in the main Circulation Room of the Business Library. Also included, if available, are such things as: listing statements; selected brokerage research reports and miscellaneous filings. Older reports are filed along with the monograph collection on the bottom floor of the Library. For a description of our annual report collections see here. These reports do not circulate. This publication contains stock charts and other data including: eps; dividends per share; latest dividend rate; quarterly earnings; outstanding shares, options available; warrants outstanding, etc. The Investment Reporter: Key Stock Analyst BUSREF HG 4501.C3452 (Duplicated in the CBS Blue Book Reference Guide also in Reference @ HG4501.C3452 The Key Stock Analyst (in the Reference Collection) comes out three times a year as a supplement to the Investment Reporter (which is a useful newsletter in the Periodicals Collection). Both the Key Stock Analyst and the CBS Blue Book provide a page of information about Canadian companies that includes a summary of operations over six years and such things as these standard ratios: equity per common share; long-term debt to equity; working capital ratio; roe; roa. They include: P/CF - interim share price to cash flow; P/B - interim price to book value; P/S - interim price to sales; P/E - interim price to earnings; CF/Debt - cash flow to debt; Return on IC - return on invested capital. Gross PM - gross profit margin; EBIT/Share; Net W. Cap - net working capital ratio and Trading Volume. Look also for the pale orange pages with the title "Morning Call". These include the EPS for Canadian companies. Back volumes are in the oversize section on the periodical floor.
