Employee Recognition February 2004

STAFF DEVELOPMENT

    The Staff Development Committee of the Western Libraries has been informally discussing the concept of "employee recognition" and investigating various types of employee recognition programs. During the course of the investigations it was discovered that often the recognition of employee achievements does occur on an informal basis in various units within the Western Libraries. In an attempt to encourage such recognition for  outstanding service and/or achievements, the following resources have been gathered for your convenience.
