Allows you to access company reports for individual REITs, as well as industry reports, and news.
Dominion Bond Rating Service
Under the Corporate Finance tab select Real Estate for access to news, ratings, and industry studies.
FP Infomart
Use the Industry Report link within the left-hand side and scroll down to select "Real Estate Investment Trusts", this provides a quick financial overview of the industry. Another feature accessible from the left-hand side menu is Companies by Industry, selecting that link will bring to a menu where you can then chose Real Estate, which will lead you to Real Estate Investment Trusts divided by industry.

Search "Real Estate Investment Trusts" in the Find an Industry search box to access industry reports.
Mergent Horizon
For a overview of industry financials, and a thorough list of individual REITs, select the Sectors tab and follow this path: Finance > Real Estate > Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

Select the Report Search tab and click the box for Property & Development. This will allow you to access industry reports for North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe which cover real estate and REITs.

Click the Industries tab and use the Industry Surveys dropdown menu to select "Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)".
Thomson One Banker
Use the Screening and Analysis tab and run a Research Search. Input "Real Estate Investment Trusts" into the Industry search box and "Canada" into the Geography search box. You can also access financial information and research reports for individual REITs using the Company Views tab and searching by REIT name or ticker.
