The professional literature in the field of business is changing to reflect the ever-increasing number of women in business, management and trades. The rate of women-led businesses is also growing. The following suggestions are a starting point if you are interested in these subjects:

Stephenson named one of Canada's most powerful women : Richard Ivey School of Business Dean Carol Stephenson, along with many Ivey alumnae, has been honoured as recipients of the 2010 Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards. Each year through the awards, the Women’s Executive Network recognizes the country's highest achieving female leaders in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
October 2009 - Two New Studies
The Economic Impact of Women-Owned Businesses In the United States report conducted by the Center for Women's Business Research and underwritten by : Walmart National Women’s Business Council Center for Women’s Business Research
