  • Scopus is an abstracts database covering articles from peer-reviewed titles, including international publishers. Subject coverage includes: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Engineering; Life and Health Sciences; Social Sciences, Psychology and Economics; Biological, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; and General Sciences.
  • Is the online version of the American Geological Institute's geoscience database containing North American records since 1785, and other areas of the world since 1933. The database is the equivalent of four major reference publications: Bibliography of North Amercian Geology, Bibliography and Index of Geology Exclusive of North America, Geophysical Abstracts, and the Bibliography and Index of Geology. Additional items come from special bibliographies produced on request for state surveys or societies, and annual subject and author indexes.
  • GeoBase is a bibliographic database of the global literature in earth science, ecology, geography and marine science. Broad subject coverage and the range of sources abstracted make this an ideal tool for searching multidisciplinary topics such as environmental or geographical studies and other areas that cross traditional subject boundaries.
  • GEOSCAN is a bibliographic database containing more than 40,000 records covering all the publications of The Geological Survey of Canada. Contributions by GSC staff to external publications have been included since 1986.
  • The CGRG Bibliography of Canadian Geomorphology is a searchable database dedicated to identifying publications and presentations describing the practice and application of geomorphology in Canada. Included are records related to the fields of aeolian, applied, coastal, fluvial, glacial, hillslope, karst, periglacial, permafrost and offshore geomorphology. The database also includes records describing Canadian Quaternary/Holocene environments and a substantial body of records related to Canadian hydrology.
  • BIOSIS Previews is a comprehensive index of life sciences and biomedical research worldwide including: journals, meetings, patents, and books. Biological Abstracts (which indexes over 5,000 journals) and Biological Abstracts/RRM ( reports, reviews & meetings) comprise BIOSIS Previews.     ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Full Text is the world's most comprehensive database of dissertations and theses published in North America and provides full-text access to most of the disseratations added since 1997 and strong retrospective coverage for older graduate works.

    ProQuest Dissertations & Theses UK and Ireland provides access to abstracts of disseratations published in the UK and Ireland.
