Off-campus access to Refworks

Can you access RefWorks from off-campus?

RefWorks may be used off-campus by first logging into the EZProxy server via the Off-Campus Access. You can then access RefWorks from the Quick Links menu. Exporting citations from a database after logging into the EZProxy will also open RefWorks on the proxy server.

When using the Write-N-Cite utility off-campus it is important to note that the EZProxy does not work and instead the Group Code is used. The Group Code should come in your introductory email from RefWorks. If you have lost the Group Code, it can be located at the Western Libraries password page under Refworks Group Code.
