Taylor Librarians - Coming and Going

Taylor Library says farewell to...

Kathleen Drennan-Scace is continuing her studies at FIMS in September and we wish her well as she settles back into the cycle of classes and assignments. Kathleen has worked as a co-op student in Taylor Library since January and has been a great support to the staff at Taylor - whether at the Service Desk, by contributing to special projects such as IntelliResponse, or by providing instructional support for the Librarians.

The staff at Taylor Library said farewell to Vivian Feng in August as she moved with her family to BC to pursue new opportunities. We all appreciated Vivian's hard work as she provided research and instruction support to the Faculty of Engineering.

Taylor Library says welcome to...

Lise Doucette started at Taylor Library in June of this year as the Research Support Librarian. She has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and her Master's in Library and Information Studies from Dalhousie University. At Taylor Library, she will be working with research teams to develop and deliver library services and resources.

Outside of the library Lise plays clarinet and enjoys traveling. She is also busy getting to know London and southern Ontario.

Also welcome back to Marisa who returned from her maternity leave in May. Marisa Mitchell is the Clinical Medicine and Outreach Librarian. Marisa has her BSc. in Honors Zoology and her MLIS from UWO.

When not in the Taylor Library, you can find Marisa commuting back home to St. Thomas where she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
