Factiva.com combines the Dow Jones Interactive® and Reuters Business Briefing databases and provides access to news from over 8000 sources, available from 118 countries in 22 languages. There are 96 Canadian publications including The Globe & Mail, Toronto Star and National Post. Extensive company and industry search capabilities are available. To find book reviews, type the author's last name and the title of the book and the word: review.

JSTOR
Provides access to full-text, full-image, scholarly literature. The growing database contains the archives of major research journals in a variety of academic disciplines. It offers the scanned image of each journal page as it was originally designed, printed, and illustrated.

To find book reviews, go to the Advanced Search and search by Title or Author and select Review from Type under Limit To.

LexisNexis Academic
This database contains the full-text of more than 2,300 newspapers, magazines, journals, newsletters and broadcast transcripts as well as hundreds of other business, legal, political and governmental publications. As well, LexisNexis Academic provides up-to-date coverage of current events, book and music reviews.

To find book reviews, type the title of the book and the phrase: Book Reviews.

Project Muse Licensed to UWO users only.  
Provides worldwide, networked subscription access to the full text of over 100 scholarly journals published by major university presses. Coverage varies for each title, but in general, Literary Theory & American Studies journals begin with the 1995 volume, while most others start with 1996. Some of the titles that are available through this web site include: American Journal of Philology, Human Rights Quarterly, Journal of the History of Ideas, Milton Quarterly, Reviews in American History, Technology & Culture and the Yale Journal of Criticism.

To find book reviews, use the Advanced Search option. In the Search For box, type Title of book and select Review from the Limit Search by Type menu.

ProQuest Research Library (1971 - current) 
Provides access to full-text journals across a wide range of subject areas, including business, education, literature, political science, and psychology.

To find book reviews, search by title or author, selecting Book Review from Doucment Type under More Search Options.

Web of Science (1980 - current) 
Provides access to three multidisciplinary databases of bibliographic information indexed so that you can search for specific articles by subject, author, journal, and/or author address. Each Web of Science database includes the article's cited reference list (often called its bibliography). This unique feature allows searching for articles that cite a known author or work. Web of Science includes Arts & Humanities Citation Index, Science Citation Index Expanded, Social Sciences Citation Index.

To find book reviews in the first Search for box, type the title of the book. In the second Search for box, select Book Review from the Document Type drop down menu at the end of the search box.
