Records used in evaluating student levels of learning: examination and test papers and workbooks (completed by students).
Also includes work done by students as part of their courses, practicums, laboratories and related activities and used in the evaluation of their learning (e.g. research papers, lab manuals, etc.)
Records are created and retained in accordance with academic handbook policy:
- Examination questions, marking criteria, and answer keys.
- Dissertations and theses.
- Lists of results and grade submission forms (see 05.14).
