Items with a status of “ON ORDER” or “IN PROCESS” may be requested through the Shared Library Catalogue.
Current Western or Affiliated University College faculty, students, and staff with a Western Identity account may place requests on these items by clicking on the button.
All other users must contact staff to request items.
Once the item is ready for pickup it is held for four days only at the Service Desk of the specified pickup location. If the item is not picked up within this time it will be shelved, returned to its home library, or forwarded to the next patron in the hold queue.
