How do I cite information from a conference, such as a keynote address or presentation?
Section 7.04 (p.206-207) covers the various types of publications that come from meetings, symposia and conferences. These can include keynote addresses, paper or poster presentations, and proceedings published online.
Note that if proceedings are published in a book or are published regularly, the manual suggests using the format of a book chapter or a periodical.
All information and page number references are based on the 6th edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (2009/10).
