Service Interruptions

Due to unexpected delays in processing data to the new Omni Academic Search Tool, we have delayed our transition to Dec. 16.

On Dec. 16, our search tool and classic catalogue will be replaced by Omni Academic Search Tool.

While we transition, some electronic resources in Omni may not be linked or the link may be broken. We will work as quickly as possible to repair links.

We apologize for any inconvenience during the transition.

Now - Dec. 15

  • No requests for new purchases will be processed until after Dec. 16.

Dec. 2-15

  • Interlibrary loan requests for print material will be unavailable.
  • Item requests will be unavailable.

Dec. 9-15

  • No access to My Library Account
  • No access to Saved searches and My Lists
  • Fine payments cannot be processed.
    • Any fines on general loan material incurred during this period will be waived.
  • Online renewals will be unavailable.
    • In-person renewals are available at the service desk if the item is in hand.
  • Self-check kiosks will be unavailable.

After Dec. 15

  • Reading History can be exported until May 31, 2020.
    • More instructions to follow.
  • Some electronic resources in Omni may not be linked or the link may be broken. We will work as quickly as possible to repair links. Contact us for help retrieving items.
  • Links to the Shared Library catalogue or any specific library resources on any webpage (OWL, personal pages, department pages, etc.) won't work until they are manually updated by the page owner on or after Dec. 16.
