About the Law Library
Welcome to the Law Library! The John & Dotsa Bitove Family Law Library is open to the public and all Western students regardless of faculty affiliation. Located on the second floor of the Law Building, the library collects:
- primary materials - case reports, statutes, regulations
- secondary materials - treatises, law journals
- finding aids - indexes, digests, and abridgements
These materials are in both paper and digital formats.
Research assistance to library users and instruction on how to use legal materials are key aspects of the Law Library's operations.
