The theme of this session is a continuation of the faculty mentor session held in October on Tenure and Promotion under the Collective Agreement: How the Process Works. Before applying for tenure and promotion, a teaching dossier and a statement of one's teaching philosophy must be developed. This interactive session will provide valuable material to assist members of the faculty in the preparation of these components for a personal file. This session will be conducted by

Debra Dawson, Director, Teaching Support Centre
Mike Atkinson, Professor, Department of Psychology; Teaching Fellow, Teaching Support Centre
