No food will be sold, distributed, or consumed while in the library. Small prewrapped candies or snacks (i.e. chocolate bars, granola bars, fruit snacks, etc.) are permitted for distribution only and require prior approval.
No products or services will be sold. Fundraising initiatives for recognized non-profit organizations, community causes, and USC-authorized clubs are permissible, subject to prior approval.
No storage is available for any materials brought in by students using the Community Corner (posters, equipment, supplies, etc.). Western Libraries is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of materials brought into library spaces.
Campaigning, or the distribution of campaign materials, by candidates for elected student positions is not permitted.
Do not use latex balloons.
Leave the area clean and tidy after your event. Any items left behind will be subject to the library’s lost-and-found procedures.
Community Corner bookings are limited to two per day for a maximum of four hours.
Western Libraries reserves the right to cancel bookings or restrict groups from future bookings if groups do not adhere to these terms.
