Learning Commons Display Program

Students looking at items in a display

Western Libraries invites students, faculty, researchers, and staff to collaborate with us on displays that engage, educate, and enrich our campus community.

Display cases, bookcases, and art rails are available on the main floor and mezzanine of the Weldon Learning Commons. We welcome proposals for displays on a variety of topics to inform and inspire library visitors. Ideally, a display will highlight a library collection, service, or area of expertise.

To submit a booking request, contact libraryspacebookings@uwo.ca. In your email, please indicate what space you would like, the dates, and a brief explanation of your display idea. Once submitted, library staff will reach out to you.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your display idea ahead of submitting a booking, contact the User Experience Librarian, Student Engagement and Outreach.

Review Weldon Library's Displays Policy or the John A. Schweitzer Gallery Exhibit Policy ahead of submitting your request.
