Our regular Retrieval/Delivery and Pick-Up days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 1:00 and 4:00. Requests received before 11:00 am on a scheduled delivery day will normally be processed that afternoon.
Please provide a brief description of material being transferred to the Records Centre (Example: Graduate Student Files)
Please provide inclusive dates for incoming records (Example: 2003-2005)
Please complete the appropriate Scheduled or Unscheduled Records Transfer Form and forward it to the Records Centre for review. Once the form has been received we will contact you to schedule the pick-up of your boxes.
Include Transfer Number and box number in this format: T08-001-001. For multiple box requests, attach a Word document, plain text file or Excel Spreadsheet.
New Records Centre boxes may be purchased directly from Western Office Supplies at a cost of $1.73 per box, tax included. To order, please visit the Western Office Supplies website.
Library Staff can order new Records Centre boxes by emailing their request to Facilities and Projects: email@example.com.
Please note that we will only accept standard cubic foot sized boxes with an attached lid for the storage of records or for material destined for confidential destruction/shredding.
Note: Retrieved Files can be returned to the Records Centre through Campus Mail

Please complete a Records Disposition Authority Form and have it ready for pick-up along with your boxes. We will contact you to schedule a pick-up day and time.
Please note that material for disposal/confidential destruction must be in a Records Centre box. Material in Photocopy/Xerox or other types of boxes will not be accepted.
