Donate and Order today
There are three ways to donate and order your bookplate:
- Paper-based Form - You can complete this form and fax or send it to us, or, if you are on Western's campus, you can send it through interoffice mail.
- Give Online - Donate online. All tax-deductible donations of $250 or more entitle you to a bookplate. We will contact you regarding details about your bookplate.
