Borrowing Options
If you are not a current Western faculty, staff or student, you may still be able to borrow library items.
Are you in one the following groups?

| Retired Faculty or Staff | Use your Western ONECard to borrow |
| General Public/Members of the community | May apply for guest borrowing privileges |
| Business/Independent Research (Individuals or Organizations) |
May apply for guest borrowing privileges |
| Faculty, Students and Staff borrowing from Omni Libraries | Are entitled to borrowing privileges |
| Faculty from a university in Canada or the United States | Are entitled to reciprocal borrowing privileges |
| Staff and students from a Canadian university | Are entitled to reciprocal borrowing privileges |
| Hospital staff | Please contact staff at your hospital library for borrowing options |
| College students | No options for borrowing at this time |
| High school students | No options for borrowing at this time |
| Guest borrowers | See guest borrowing options |
If you are not eligible to borrow, you are welcome to browse our collections and conduct on-campus research.
You may also wish to visit your local public library and investigate their interlibrary loans service.
